Protection of Minors

In accordance with Article 13681 CP, which prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages or other substances in quantities that could endanger the health of minors under the age of sixteen (16), the buyer agrees, when filling out the order form, to be at least sixteen years old at the date of the order.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to sales made under these general conditions of sale shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to a possible appeal to the Federal Court. The legal venue is located in Aigle.
