ChasselasChasselas from our parcel “En Bettelin” worked for several years in biodynamics, without synthetic products or weedkillers.
This wine is distinguished by its fruity notes, particularly of yellow peaches. A fresh and fruity mouth accompanies the structure of this wine. The bitter almond underlines the terroir in the typicity of this traditional balanced Chasselas.
