Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale<\/strong><\/p>

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products and services by Cave Alain Emery in Aigle through its online store accessible on its website www.cave-emery.ch. They are made available to the buyer on the homepage. For an internet user, confirming their order on the Cave Alain Emery website and checking the box “I have read and accept the GTC” constitutes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) in their entirety.<\/p>

Contract<\/p>

The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by Cave Alain Emery in Aigle. Cave Alain Emery owns the merchandise until full payment is received, including any shipping or delivery costs. It is also possible to pick up the order at Cave Alain Emery during business hours or by appointment.<\/p>

Selling Price<\/p>

The prices listed in the online store and on our price lists are in Swiss Francs, including 8% VAT, excluding shipping costs, from our cellar. All prices displayed are subject to product availability, changes in the assortment, price adjustments based on vintages or conditions.<\/p>

Shipping Costs<\/p>

We ship orders up to 48 bottles by Swiss Post and only within Switzerland:<\/p>

1 to 12 bottles + CHF 15.00 charged additionally
13 to 24 bottles + CHF 30.00 charged additionally
25 to 48 bottles + CHF 45.00 charged additionally<\/p>

Our boxes can contain the equivalent of:
12 bottles of 70cl, 15 bottles of 50cl, or 18 bottles of 37.5cl<\/p>

For orders of more than 48 bottles, please contact us by email at info@cave-emery.ch or by phone at +41 (0)79 797 88 31 to arrange delivery or delivery by our own means.<\/p>

Mode and Delivery Time<\/p>

The delivery time begins upon verification of customer data by Cave Alain Emery and receipt of full payment for the order by bank transfer or online payment using one of the methods offered on our website. We deliver wine to your home via Swiss Post within 4 business days from the date of the order on our online store, subject to product availability. In the event of delivery refusal, 50% of the total invoice remains due.<\/p>

Payment<\/p>

Payment for the goods is due in full at the time of the order by invoice, bank transfer, or online payment using the methods offered on our online store.<\/p>

Right of Withdrawal<\/p>

We would like to inform the customer that once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. The customer is obligated to inspect the received items. In the event of non-compliance with the order, the customer must promptly notify Cave Alain Emery by email at info@cave-emery.ch or by phone at +41 (0)79 797 88 31.
